Did everyone hear about the 11 year old who stole a cement truck and lead the police on an hour and a half pursuit. He had helicopters chasing him he drove through yards and at one point he was driving on a rim of the tire. Bystanders said" he was having fun." He Didn't have any cheat codes so he got caught.
